Successful Trial Operation and Start of Actual Production of Guard Rail Sleepers for the First Time in Egypt
This video documents a new industrial milestone at the factories of the Egyptian Company for Pipes and Cement Products – Siegwart, represented by the successful trial operation and the start of actual production of Guard Rail Sleepers for the first time in Egypt on May 14, 2026, serving the High-Speed Electric Rail Project. This achievement was carried out in cooperation with the National Authority for Tunnels and the international project consultant SYSTRA, in the presence of senior engineers and specialized consultants. It reflects the capability of Egyptian industry to manufacture advanced engineering components in accordance with the highest international standards.
